Clarkson ITT Pty Limited offers the following consulting services, as distinct from development and training services.

Mentoring

We will mentor students who have completed one of our courses to assist them in undertaking development tasks for their employers.  This allows the student to have the maximum involvement in and control of the development process, whilst tapping in to our wide experience garnered from more than twenty years of consulting.

Generally this service is charged on a time and materials basis and usually involves us in a consultation and giving advice at the commencement of the project and also allows for ongoing support during the project.  We will then guide the student through the testing, delivery and documentation phases.

Software & Systems Review

We have wide experience in finance and IT and are on occasion consulted for our opinion as to the best approach to solving a range of financial systems, administrative and management issues.  We can give a technically-informed, but grounded and practical view as to the value, risks and practicalities of many projects, which can be a useful extra input in the planning for systems changes.  We can also assist in prototyping and specifying applications.

Generally this service is charged on a time and materials basis and usually involves us in consultation and giving advice at the planning and commencement phases of the project.
